These terms govern your use of the Kasi Fried Chicken website and any enquiry submitted through our contact page. By using the site, you agree to the terms below and to follow any instructions given for ordering, collection and service in Orlando West and surrounding Soweto areas.

1. Who Operates This Website

This website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of Kasi Fried Chicken. The content is provided for general information about our menu, service areas, ordering options and trading hours where shown. It applies to customers placing walk in orders, call ahead orders, collection bookings and catering enquiries for Orlando West, Diepkloof, Meadowlands, Protea Glen, Dobsonville, Naledi and nearby areas.

We may update the website, menu descriptions, trading arrangements or service terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.

2. Using the Site Responsibly

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in a way that damages the site, interrupts access, attempts unauthorised entry, or places false, misleading or harmful information through the enquiry form. If you submit details for a family pack, funeral order support, church group order or school event order, you must make sure the information is accurate and complete.

  • Do not interfere with the website or its security controls.
  • Do not submit spam, abusive messages or fraudulent order requests.
  • Do not copy content for misleading resale or false representation.

3. Orders, Collections and Service Limits

Any order request made through the website is an enquiry only until it is confirmed by our team. This includes boxed lunches, party tray orders, event snack packs, weekend prebooking and collection time slots. Availability depends on stock, kitchen capacity, queue volumes and the time of day. During lunch rushes and weekend periods, certain items may be limited or sold out.

We aim to keep portions steady and packaging suitable for travel, but collection times are estimates and may change due to cooking times, road conditions around Soweto, or unexpected service delays. Customers remain responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time and location.

4. Pricing, Payment and Cancellations

Prices shown or quoted are in South African Rand and may change without notice if ingredient costs, packaging costs or operating conditions change. Final pricing is confirmed at the point of order or collection. Any promotional offer, combo or package is subject to stated conditions, where applicable.

  • Payment must be made using the methods accepted at the time of ordering or collection.
  • We may require full or partial payment in advance for catering, event packs or large orders.
  • Cancellations for prebooked orders should be made as early as possible. Short notice cancellations may not qualify for a refund if preparation has already started.

5. Food Quality, Allergy and Hygiene Notices

Our kitchen prepares fried chicken and related sides in a live cooking environment. While we handle food with care and follow hygiene practices, cross contact with allergens may occur in the kitchen or during packing. Customers with allergies or dietary concerns must assess the menu carefully before ordering and must tell us about any serious risk when submitting an enquiry.

We take packaging and transport seriously because many orders travel across town in warm conditions, with dust, traffic and load-shedding all part of daily operating life. Once an order leaves the counter, it should be consumed or stored promptly according to safe food handling practice.

6. Liability, Rights and South African Law

Kasi Fried Chicken and Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by a customer, delays outside our control, third party collection errors, or misuse of the website. To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and limit responsibility to the amount paid for the specific order concerned, where applicable.

All website text, photographs, menu descriptions, layout and related content remain our property or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish or reuse them without written consent. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be handled in the competent South African courts.
